Approaches and methods for quality control in chemical production

1. Raw material control

(3) Pressure and temperature control: As chemical production involves complex processes such as high temperature and high pressure, it is necessary to ensure precise control of equipment, pressure, and temperature to ensure product quality and safety.

 

(4) Preparation in advance: Before the start of finished product production, it is necessary to release heat and purify in advance to eliminate components that may affect quality, in order to achieve a more accurate combination of substances.

 

3. Product inspection

 

    Product inspection is an important means for chemical enterprises to ensure product quality. Through strict inspection methods, product problems can be identified and promptly rectified. The conventional inspection methods include the following points:

 

(1) Scale balance: Use instruments and calculation programs with higher accuracy and sensitivity to ensure the accuracy of weight and quality.

 

(2) Ratio test: For products that require precise ratios, use specific product design quantification to ensure the correct combination of ratios.

 

(3) Control sample comparison: Introduce both calibration and test samples into a certain equipment for testing, compare the properties and characteristics of the samples to determine whether the product meets the standards.

 

(4) Combining experience and analysis: Combining experiential knowledge with physical analysis, combining analysis and judgment under different physical conditions, and making different judgment conclusions for different physical attributes.

 

    In short, in order to ensure product quality, enterprises must make efforts in raw material control, process control, and product inspection.
