Introduction of insoluble silicon phosphate
Sodium silicate curing agent
I, Preface
Due to the existence of alkali metal ions that are easily soluble in water, the water soluble alkaline substances remain after curing, so the water resistance of water glass is poor, easy to regain moisture, and is not suitable for wet environment. Therefore, water glass based materials must be added with certain curing agent to improve their water resistance and curing performance. Common curing agents include metal oxides, inorganic acids, fluorosilicates, etc. However, there are still many imperfections in the use of these curing agents. For this reason, a new type of curing agent, water-soluble silicon phosphate, was developed on the basis of the original curing agent.
II, Product characteristics
Water glass curing agent - water-soluble silicon phosphate is a white powder that can be dissolved in water and is environmentally friendly. It does not melt into colloid at high temperature. Silicon phosphate curing agent has the characteristics of high curing efficiency, environmental protection and high temperature resistance.
III, Technical indicators

IV, Product features
(1) The product is non-toxic or low-toxic, and the production process is pollution-free.
(2) The curing speed is moderate and there is no early setting or non-condensing phenomenon.
(3) After curing, the performance is better than that of the previous curing agent and reaches the industry standard.
(4) It not only effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional curing agent, but also has no pollution and conforms to the environment The need for protection.
V, Scope of use
In addition to being used as sodium silicate curing agent, insoluble silicon phosphate can also be used as lime curing agent and cement curing agent; Special optical glass; Inorganic coating; Ingredients of high-strength cement and acid-resistant adhesive; Waterproof adhesive curing agent; Non-toxic antirust coating and organic synthesis catalyst.
VI, Usage and dosage
6.1 Mixed method
6.1.1 Soak the insoluble silicon phosphate with a small amount or directly add the powder into the water glass solution or other material medium and stir evenly.
6.1.2 Dry process: the insoluble silicon phosphate powder and water glass powder can be mixed directly and used evenly.
6.2 Dosing recommendation
The water glass can be sealed and stored after adding curing agent. The general dosage is about 3-10% of the liquid water glass dosage (the specific dosage is adjusted according to the process).
VII, Packaging and storage
25kg/bag, plastic woven or kraft paper bag. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
