1. Newly planted lawn: sprinkle the dry powder of the water-retaining agent evenly on the surface of the land, then mix it well with the 10 cm deep soil on the surface, then spread the topsoil or fine sand (help to moisturize), and finally sprinkle the grass seeds into the soil surface, palladium flat suppression, and water thoroughly (to ensure that the water-retaining agent can absorb enough water). The dosage of water retention agent is 80 g/m2 on sand, 40 g/m2 for loamy soil, and 20 g/m2 for clay.

1. Seedling transplantation:

In arid areas, the root dipping method can be used to fully absorb the water retention agent into a gel body, add soil to make a gel slurry, wrap the mud into the pit after wrapping the root system, and then fill the soil, and the dosage of the water retention agent is 10-300 grams per plant.

 

 

2. Cuttings and dipping branches:

 

 

For the branches that need to be cuttings, the water retention agent gel can be dipped in the gel at the base of the branch 4-5cm, and the planting can be planted after dipping evenly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Existing trees

 

 

Dig a ditch about 20 cm wide at the crown projection (the depth of the ditch depends on the distribution of the root system, and it is required to reach the concentrated distribution layer of the root system), dig out the soil in the ditch and mix it with the water-retaining agent (the dosage is 1-2 kg per cubic meter of soil mixed with the dry powder of the water-retaining agent) and then backfill, and water thoroughly after being solid. 4. Seedling transportation or flower water retention

 

 

The water-retaining agent is soaked into a gel form with water, and then the same volume of humus and plant ash as the gel is added, and the appropriate amount of water is adjusted into a mud shape, and the root system of seedlings and flowers is wrapped with this mud, which can improve the survival rate of seedlings by 20-50%.

 

 

(III) Field crops

 

 

The use of field crops such as wheat, corn, peanuts, soybeans, cotton, etc. is as follows:

 

1. Seed dressing: The colloid formed after the water retention agent absorbs enough water is called the gel, dilute the gel with water 2-3 times, add it to the seeds that need to be dressed, stir while adding until it is mixed well, pile it for 4-5 hours, the seeds can be sown without adhesion, and water thoroughly after sowing. The amount of seed dressing per 0.5kg of gel is as follows: 15-20kg for wheat, 20kg for corn, soybean, sorghum, peanut and cotton seed (delinted); Millet and cotton seeds (not depiled) are 15kg (here is the recommended seed amount, depending on the size of the seed and the smoothness of the seed surface).

 

 

2. Soaking seeds: Put the seeds into the water-retaining agent gel, soak the seeds for 12 hours, sow them after drying, and

water them thoroughly after sowing, and the dosage is the gel: seeds = 1:5-10 (this method is generally used when sowing on demand).

 

 

3. Coating film: Before sowing, soak the seeds in water, and after the surface is completely wet, sprinkle into the powder of the water-retaining agent, so that the surface is stained with a layer of water-retaining agent, and then sow on the cultivated land. The dosage of water retention agent is roughly 4-5 kg/mu.

 

 

4. Dry sowing method: After mixing the dry powder of the water-retaining agent with chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, etc., it is sown in the ditch or manually sown with the seeder, and then watered enough. The dosage of water retention agent is roughly 4-5 kg/mu.

 

 

4) Vegetables, economic melons and fruits:

 

 

1. Seed dressing: 1 kg of water-retaining agent gel, add 4 kg of vegetables, melons and other seeds that need to be soaked in water at the seedling stage, mix evenly, pile up for 1-8 hours, and sow seeds when there is no adhesion. It is also possible to mix the water-retaining agent directly with the soil, and then add it to the seeds with only the moist surface, prepare the land in the usual way, and after sowing with the traditional method, water it fully. For tomatoes, green peppers and beans of hole plants, the soil in the hole and the water retention agent (3-5 kg of water retention agent per mu) are fully mixed and then backfilled with enough water in the hole.

 

 

2. Seedbed seedling raising: according to the amount of 1-2 kg/mu of water-retaining agent, add water to form a gel and sprinkle it on the seedling soil, mix it with the upper layer of soil and sow it, and finally cover the surface with fine soil without water-retaining agent.

 

 

3. Dipping roots: Seedling transplantation can also be used in this method, that is, the roots of the seedlings are put into the gel of the water-retaining agent and dipped in transplantation, and the seedlings should be watered thoroughly after planting.

 

 

(5) Flowers

 

 

1. Potted flowers: In potted flowers, the water-retaining agent (the dosage should be 1-2 kg/cubic meter of soil), fertilizer and soil are mixed in proportion, backfilled into the flower pot, and after the flowers are planted, they are fully watered. When planting flowers, first fill the mixed soil to 7 full, and then cover the surface with more than 2 cm of soil without water-retaining agent.

 

 

2. Make colorful crystal gel: after the water retention agent absorbs water, make a gel, add red, yellow, blue, green, purple and other colors, similar to crystal, you can mix several different colors of crystal gel in layers in transparent vases, craft glass jars and other containers, and then plant different varieties of flowers, with a good decorative effect and strong ornamentality.
