I. Product overview
SV-L18 organic-inorganic silicone composite resin curing agent is a concrete permeable curing agent composed of silicate, silicone modifier, resin and additives, which improves the hardness and compactness, wear resistance and aging resistance of the floor.
II. Scope of application
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor new and old concrete surface curing treatment with mild or moderate wear resistance, such as: warehouses, factories, shops, shopping centers, parking lots, service stations and aircraft repair hangars. It is used for concrete without special curing performance requirements and regulations.

五. Construction rules and dosage
5.1 Construction consumption per floor: 0.15-0.25 liters/square, that is, 4-7 squares/liters. The above data is theoretical and does not include other additions for filling surface porosity, surface contour, other leveling and loss, etc.
5.2 Freshly poured concrete: The base surface is free of clear water and dense enough to withstand the light harvesting operation.
5.3 Hardened/Old Concrete: The base surface must be dense, open grain, clean, frost-proof, free of cement floating slurry, clear water, oil, grease, original coating, all loose bonded particles and surface dirt. If in doubt, do a small area test first.
5.4 Base surface treatment:
The concrete floor must be used after 7-14 days of pouring or after the cement is fully hydrated to achieve the best results.
New ground: The new floor must be removed from the surface floating slurry layer using a suitable sanding machine.
Old ground: Old ground surfaces must be mechanically used and consumables (such as metal grinding heads). Before applying this product, dust and other loose and fragile substances on the surface must be completely removed with a sander.
5.5 Construction Conditions and Restrictions
(1) Ambient temperature: 2°C—35°C; Base surface humidity: 5 °C - 35 °C.
(2) Repeated infiltration: Before the material is applied, the ground is kept dry and clean to ensure that the material can penetrate well.
(3) Humidity: The relative air humidity is up to 80%, and excessive humidity will affect the drying speed and material permeation performance of the material. Dew point Note that the temperature of the water vapor condensation base surface and the uncured ground must be at least 3°C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation and speckling formation on the finished ground.
5.6 Construction Process

5.7 Precautions
(1) The grinding blade with a plain surface in front can be a dry grinding disc or a water grinding disc!
(2) After dry grinding after loading the material, the grinding disc must be a dry grinding blade!
(3) Polishing liquid is not necessary, you can according to your own requirements!
(4) SV-L18 curing agent is recommended 1:1 to be used with water, too much water, the resin content will be reduced, affecting the final effect; There is too little water, the material concentration is large, the permeability type is poor, and the material waste is serious.
VI. Storage
25 kg/drum, plastic drum; Store indoors at 5-30°C sealed in a cool and dry environment, shelf life 12 months. Pay attention to prevent frost and prevent outdoor sun exposure.
