Once again, you need to be reminded that before applying the material, you must ensure that the ground is completely dry so that the material can be fully absorbed by the ground. The material soaking time is generally about 1 hour, to ensure that there is a thin layer of material on the ground surface (because alkaline materials will become viscous with time, and finally the material residue on the ground surface is too thick, which not only wastes materials but also brings costs to subsequent grinding; If the surface material is too small or partially absent, the final ground is prone to color difference and affect the final effect).
Step 5 Crystallization grinding (subsequent dry grinding)
When the curing agent and concrete react to the ground is completely dry, the grinder is replaced with a 400 mesh resin dry grinding disc to polish the ground, and the curing agent crystals after the ground surface is completely dried and polished clean. In the grinding process, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniform grinding, do not miss the grinding, the corners and other positions that are not easy to grind can be polished by a hand grinder, and the horizontal and vertical cross grinding. After sanding, use a dust pusher or ash pusher to clean up the ground dust.
Step 6 Preliminary polishing
After the 400 mesh dry grinding disc is polished and cleaned, directly replace the grinder with an 800 mesh resin grinding disc or dry grinding No. 4 piece, grind the surface of the ground, and pay attention to grinding and polishing. After sanding, clean the ground with a mop.
Step 7 Finally, fine polishing
After the dry grinding plate 800 mesh or No. 4 piece is polished, the grinder is replaced with a 1500 mesh resin grinding plate or No. 4 piece to polish the surface of the ground to achieve the effect of beautiful and bright ground. After sanding, clean the ground with an industrial vacuum cleaner.
Step 8 (optional) polishing solution
After finishing polishing, spray the brightener evenly on the surface with a sprayer or watering can, and use a clean mop to drag the brightener evenly. Allow the brightener to penetrate for about 20 minutes, and replace the high-speed polishing machine with a scouring pad for full polishing.
When finished, it creates a shiny surface and is waterproof. The gloss of the surface becomes increasingly pronounced, and the waterproof function and hardness are optimal within 7 days.

Do not wash or condition the floor with acidic cleaners. Although concrete sealing hardeners can enhance the anti-stain effect of concrete floors, acidic solvents and foods can corrode the ground and leave a mark. In the event of overflow, it is necessary to clean it immediately to avoid damage to the floor. Ordinary maintenance cleaning can enhance the shine of the surface.
